Inside the BAER Factory: Production Capacity & Quality Control

Last updated: September 3, 2026

What our production lines, equipment and testing mean for your delivery schedule.

When buyers evaluate an exhaust fan manufacturer, the two questions that decide everything are can they keep the schedule and is the quality repeatable. This page shows the equipment, lines and testing behind every BAER shipment so you can judge both before placing an order.

From Resin to Packed Carton: The Production Flow

BAER Ventilation is a vertically integrated manufacturer: housing, motor and assembly all happen under one roof in Shengzhou, Zhejiang. No outsourced housings, no third-party motor supply — which is why our lead times hold even in peak season.

1

Injection Molding

12 in-house injection machines produce fan housings, shutters and grilles from ABS and PP resin — no waiting on external plastic suppliers.

2

Motor Winding

A dedicated winding and stator section builds the motors used across our fan range. Motors are the part that fails first on cheap imports — making our own is the whole point.

3

Assembly

8 assembly lines run wall shutter fans, bathroom and ceiling fans, mixed-flow duct fans and cabinet units as separate flows, so one busy model never starves another.

4

100% Functional Testing

Every fan is powered on and function-tested before packing. Airflow, noise and vibration are sampled at every production stage, not just at the end.

5

Packing & Loading

Export cartons are drop-tested specifications, and container loading is supervised and photographed before the truck leaves.

Daily Output by Product Line

Product lineDaily output
Wall shutter exhaust fans (984 CFM industrial series)2,500 pcs / day
Bathroom, ceiling & window fans (combined)3,000 pcs / day
Mixed-flow duct fans2,500 pcs / day
Cabinet fans & fresh-air units2,500 pcs / day

In peak months the factory delivers 80,000+ units per month. Stock models ship in days; see the MOQ guide for how stock and OEM orders differ.

Built for OEM & ODM Partners

Roughly 20–30% of output is OEM or ODM work: custom voltage and frequency, private-label colour and packaging, and dedicated moulds. In-house injection means we control the tooling instead of renting it from a moulding broker — customisations move faster and stay confidential. Details in the OEM & private label guide.
